Daniel practices in the firm's business and commercial litigation group. He devotes a large portion of his practice to representing contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners and developers in litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters.
Daniel received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1997 and received his Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2000, where he also received the CALI Excellence For the Future Award for Criminal Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel spent 12 years at an Omaha litigation defense firm defending clients against malpractice, construction defect and commercial general liability claims and lawsuits. He has argued before state and federal appellate courts on multiple occasions, including in:
