About Keith A. Harvat

Keith received his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 1996. He is an AV-rated attorney and a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys as well as the Omaha, Nebraska State and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Nebraska state and federal courts, in all Iowa state courts and in the federal court for the Southern District of Iowa, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. He was appointed to and previously served on the Mental Health Board of the 11th Judicial District and, in 2010, he was appointed by the Governor to the Jail Standards Board where he currently serves as Chairman.
