About D.C. "Woody" Bradford III

An AV-rated attorney, Woody Bradford is a founding member of Houghton Bradford Whitted PC, LLO, and has over 50 years of experience in the general practice of law, representing individuals, large corporations and everything in between in both simple and complex civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts.

Woody is a member of the Omaha, Nebraska State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and the American Association for Justice. He is a past president of both the Omaha Bar Association (1992-1993) and the Nebraska State Bar Association (1998). He is also a past Executive Council Member of the Omaha Bar Association (1987 - 1989 and 1991 - 1994), and served on both the Executive Council (1989 - 1995) and House of Delegates (1986 - 2001) of the Nebraska State Bar Association.

Woody is also on the panel of arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association.
